Our Story
Located in downtown Birmingham, Bandit Pâtisserie, is a celebration of small batch, seasonally driven pastries.
Founded by Kristen Hall in 2013, Bandit has grown into a beloved local brand. We have a beautiful selection of sweet and savory pastries, along with a full espresso menu.
Our new location is at 2323 1st Avenue North, Birmingham, AL.
